There is no full zammy or sara, unless you mean the rune plated. which is the same stats as regular rune. For melee Bandos chestplate, and bandos tassets are the best non degradeable melee armour in the game, for range armadyl chestplate, skirt, and helm is the best for ranged.

If your talking about the monsters from zammy, sara, bandos, armadyl sides, yes they will attack you if you don't wear a piece of each. If you want to camp at avansies...just get a amadyl pendant from quest(or bandos tie thing), and sara hood(ranger item). Then just camp there. :) Forgot to add, bring bones to peaches tabs, picking up bones and turning them to peaces for food.
