Have a baby the manual way, then use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true by entering that into your cheats bar (Alt Shift C)
hold down Shift and click on your Sim, there should be loads of options, click [more...] until you find [Make a vampire] and there you go, i hope this helped
but i think this means your baby can't age... if you want it to then you can always downlaod a vampire skin and fangs for the game...

Yeah they can but the baby dont look like vampires until they are teens.

∙ 13y agoVampires CAN have childern, but they will have normal human childern. You would have to change them into vampires at the teen stage.

You cant change a sim automatically into a pregnant vampire but you can make a vampire pregnant. ill explain.... To turn into a vampire, you need Sims 2 Nightlife. Go downtown and meet a vampire and build up your lifetime relationship with them up to 50 or over. If you hang out with him long enough, he'll bite you. the next thing you have to do is to get your new vampire sim and the vampire that bit you to fall in love by building up their relationship even more to 100. After they are in love, get them to try for a baby in a bed, hot tub etc. throughout the pregnancy make sure your sim stays a vampire otherwise if your sim is a human when she has the baby, the baby will be human too. after the vampire baby is born, its up to you what you do with those sims... My guess is that you can't make your sim to a vampire on the sims 3.

Make them relax on a bed with the Sim who you want them to get pregnant with, then have them "try for baby" - if they are pregnant there will be a lullaby. Although having a pregnant vampire might make them die, as vampire Sims cannot go out in sunlight or they burn and die - and baby Sims are annoying as they can cry at any time.
