You cant change a sim automatically into a pregnant vampire but you can make a vampire pregnant. ill explain....
To turn into a vampire, you need Sims 2 Nightlife. Go downtown and meet a vampire and build up your lifetime relationship with them up to 50 or over. If you hang out with him long enough, he'll bite you. the next thing you have to do is to get your new vampire sim and the vampire that bit you to fall in love by building up their relationship even more to 100. After they are in love, get them to try for a baby in a bed, hot tub etc. throughout the pregnancy make sure your sim stays a vampire otherwise if your sim is a human when she has the baby, the baby will be human too. after the vampire baby is born, its up to you what you do with those sims...
