It is manually aligned, but it takes a professional with the proper equipment, knowledge, tools, and skill. This is not a DIY job. You can do it yourself in an emergency with a string and tape measure, but I would not recommend it unless you simply do not have the money to pay someone. You will only get it close, and cannot get it perfect as it should be.
