No
A minor can not move anywhere without parental consent.
As a minor you can not move anywhere without their or the courts permission.
As far as I'm aware, in every state if you legally marry, then you are automatically considered to be an emancipated minor and therefore you can move out without parental consent.
If you are still a minor, then you cannot marry without parental consent anywhere in the US, Period.
Unless you are 18 you can't. If you are under 18 you are a minor. Actually that is incorrect. If you are a minor and your parents consent to you to marry then you may. I have no information further than that.
No
you don't.
Only if the minor has been legally emancipated by the court. And no judge is going to emancipate a minor so they can go live with their boyfriend. When you turn 18 you can move anywhere you want.
Minor Move was created in 1980.
no you're not no, if you wanna marry that guy at an age before 18, your parents would have to sign a paper agreeing to let you marry him, since your a minor but when you turn 18, its your choice to marry him or not...
Certainly. With permission, a minor can live pretty much anywhere. That does not relieve the parent of the responsibility for the health, welfare and maintenance of the minor.
It depends on where you live and how old the minor is.
