I've asked my physician that question and he's told me that yes it is safe for me. Ask your doctor about it's safety with you. Certain medical conditions can interfere.

There is no interaction between those 2 drugs. However, Tylenol or sudafed might not be okay for you.

yes because aspirin is not a strong drug

While the answer remains the same, that's possibly got to be the worst reasoning I've ever heard. I hope people don't come to you often with these kind of questions. Anyway, if it's just Sudafed (or generic) that contains only pseudoephedrine, yes you can take aspirin. However if it is mix of pseudo' and acetaminophen (which is Tylenol) I wouldn't. It'd be like taking Tylenol, Aspirin AND Sudafed all together. More and more studies are showing the dangers of acetaminophen to the liver so I'd be cautious while taking that along with other cold/pain/sinus meds.

Please ask your pharmacist or physician. There seems to be more than one version of Sudafed, for example.

Yes in fact many cold and sinus remedies already contain pseudoephedrine and ibuprofen.

Because both Vicodin and Midol contain acetaminophen, it is not safe for your liver to take them together.
