One takes you up: Vyvanse. One takes you down: Valium. Doesn't sound like a good mix. Possible to reduce anxiety from Vyvanse? Don't know chemically if the two are friendly toward each other. Call "Ask a Doctor" or "Ask a Nurse" service depending on where you are. Use the medical community to help you make the decision - not the internet. You could get any kind of answer - even from people who could care less about your health. Use care and good judgement.

∙ 12y agoI have been on Pristiq 50mg and Vyvanse 70mg daily for 2 years. The worst side effects I've had are jaw clenching/teeth grinding, loss of appetite, and mild insomnia. HOWEVER, there is a possibility of the Vyvanse increasing your risk of serotonin syndrome from the Pristiq (you can check drug interactions at drugs.com for more info). Best advice would be to ask your doc if you're concerned.

∙ 11y agoIt says on the paper work that comes with Zyvox to not take it with Vyvanse. I have taken the two together before and I had severe night sweats, shallow breathing and increased heart rate

That is pretty much my concoction minus Klonopin. I've found no interactions between the Lexapro and Vyvanse. Gabapentin, however, seems to lessen the benefits of Vyvanse, shortening its duration. The Klonopin, interestingly, has very little interaction with the Vyvanse but it helps with the crash. My experience alone.
