you can move out in less you with somebody over the age 18 but you will not get no were cause you a minor so just work it out with your family and try to came to a understand that you did wrong but don't put you out your family in you got to work threw this thank you

AnswerBeing pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a person. You are still a minor and therefore cannot leave home without your parents consent. AnswerI read somewhere:If you are a minor, and pregnant, you have the right to marry the father of the baby and move out, both without parental consent. AnswerNo matter minor or not if you are pregnant you can move out and you can get married without parents permission in most states. AnswerPrevious poster stated: "No matter minor or not if you are pregnant you can move out and you can get married without parents permission in most states."

That is incorrect. A minor, even a pregnant one, cannot move out without parental consent or being emancipated. Its also not true that most states will allow you to marry without parental consent if youre pregnant. There are a few that will, but its *very few*. And, no Im not telling you which ones they are :)

AnswerThe state of Florida will allow you to get married and move out if you pregnant.

In Florida a pregnant minor can apply for a marriage license without parental permission, but that doesn't necessarily mean that one will be issued. The county court judge may or may not, at his or her discretion, issue the license, which means they can say 'no'.

I don't know about leaving home, but in the state of Arizona it is a woman's (girl's) choice what she does with the pregnancy at the age of 14. (i.e. keep, adopt, abort)

yes you can. Keep in mind however, that if you run away, they cant make you come back - ALSO - if you ever DO try and go back.....if they dont want you back, mom and dad dont have to let you come back either. Might want to REALLY REALLY think this one through. Short term fixes can lead into awfully big long term consequences. As you obviously found out with the whole pregnant thing.

If your parents give you permission. Being pregnant does not change your age. And the age of majority is set by the government.

I believe until you are 18 years of age you need to your parents / guardian consent to move out, after you turn 18 you can move out with or without their permission

Some parents would insist on it. Would you really want to move out? And if you did, where would you go, and how would you support yourself and the baby?

You must be considered an adult to move out. Being pregnant does not mean one has reached the age of adulthood.
