Yes, you can move pictures to a different album on an android!
the way that i have found that works for me is to transfer them from a different album. so have two separate albums and do "move to:" and i can get them above 60.

the amount of pictures your ipod touch can take all depends on how much memory you have left on your ipod. usually the pictures sound be unlimited but if you have dan out of space on your ipod you will no longer be able to take pictures. to fix this you can either delete some remaining pictures, or songs, videos, usually deleting apps creates much more space for pictures. It may also be that your album is full, to fix this just delete some pictures from the album, create a new album, or move your pictures into different albums to create space.
you go to the album and click edit album then a window will pop out and in the left bottom corner there would be a button that says edit photos and you click it then you look for the picture u want to move and click the arrow and choose the album you want to move it to
You will hold on the photo and drag it slowly to the position that you want to move it.
