I worked this out, everybody likes better where they live, so for me UK for prices, weather Canada... best history is UK, we created the English language and we usually spell the words correctly, so I would probably say UK, but, as you see, it is my opinion, why not use your own opinion. Or look on wikepedia, at UK and then Canada. My opinion is that the UK is as good as Canada. But the area of the UK that is better than Canada is England. Canada does NOT have better weather than UK, it is cold and wet as the UK.
