You can't.... Arceus is a 4th generation Pokemon from pearl and stuff while Yellow is a 1st Generation game meaning you can only get the first 151 Pokemon, Bulbasaur to Mew.

You can't, Groudon is Generation 3, and Pokemon Gold only Houses Generation 1 (001-151) and 2 (152-251). Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald are the first games Groudon would Appear in.

Ho-oh does not appear in Pokemon red, as Pokemon red is a first generation game that only features 151 Pokemon while Ho-oh appears in silver/gold/crystal, a second generation game.
