If you want to keep your paint color pure and cover your object and/or project with 1 or 2 coats, I wouldn't, it sounds like your trying to eliminate a step, I know they do it with stain and polyurethane but not with paint and poly. I think as long as its water-base poly & water-base paint (latex) its possible, try 1oz of paint, 1oz of poly and mix well and try it on a test piece to see if its to your liking. Good-Luck!

There are different types of paints which you can use to repaint an outdoor poly-resin statue. You can paint these statues with craft paint but you have to apply a sealer over the paint to protect it. You can also use a Krylon paint which is made specifically for outdoor use and contains a sealer in the paint itself.

Thick elastic super protective film covers cracks on the roof which are the key cause of seepage. Tough polymer fibres in the paint allow normal usage of the roof, without fear of tearing the paint coating.
