I think you can go to Settings, General, Restrictions then turn restrictions on, type in a restrictions password and he turn Safari off. You can always turn it back on so it's not permanently off, but it'll help.

∙ 15y agoNo, but you can turn it off and it stays off until you change the setting. You can password your Touch and there may be 3rd party apps for this as well.
