The main problem (if you can even get the game onto the Ouya - it won't be giving you access to the app store or Google play) is that phone games are made to use a touchscreen, while the Ouya has a traditional console controller, the game would have to be modified to work with this. The touchpanel on the Ouya's controller is for menu navigation only, it is in no way sensitive enough to be used as a stand-in for a genuine touch screen.
the new game console coming out is the Ouya
The Ouya uses a mobile phone GPU and is being designed to play android-based games. It is not even close to being powerful enough to play big AAA console games.
Very. For $100 you get the console, controller, and the ability to play NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, Gamecube, and PSone games, assuming you have the game ROMs. Plus, you get media apps like XBMC and can sideload tons of android apps.
