If your asking about it with a cartrage then all you do is click x or start and go down to save. If your talking about a rom, yes. On visual boy advance you go to file save as and select one of the 10 spots. On no$gba you save it the way you would reguly save it but the rom has to be in the folder BATTERY. Yes you can play a pokemon game on the internet. You have to download an emulator and a pokemon rom but keep in mind that it's illegal.
