you can't play as the arbiter in one player mode unless you modified the game and as well it's not a big deal playing as the arbiter you have the same shield systems but if you want to play as the arbiter you should hook up an extra controller and play as the second player two
No. You have to do Co-op with another person. otherwise, you are only Master Chief.
No, only if you are playing multi-player. Actually, if you are not on multi-player campagin(probably spelled wrong,) you cannot be the Arbiter.
Be player 2 in the halo 3 co-op campaign. Or, play the Arbiter levels in halo 2.
you can if you play coop campaign mode. The second player will be the arbiter
It is called Arbiter.
Well in campaign you can play as the arbiter. But you cant play as the arbiter anywhere else.
Probably not ONLY covenant, but Halo 2 already has about half of its levels where you play in the life of the Arbiter, one of the Elites shamed after losing the first Halo ring. Both Halo 2 and Halo 3 allow you to play as an Elite in Multiplayer, and Halo 3's co-op allows you to play as the Arbiter for the second player. I hope this answered your question.
yes you can be a arbiter in only campaign multiplayer
you cant you can only play as arbiter or master chief
Old enough to play CoD now
Masterchief
NOOOOOOOOOOOO u play as him in halo 3 main character
He was just a elite with gold armor if you play halo 2 you can see him talking to a prophet
no. why not play the game and find out ur self
