  • Suppose a person sees two people in danger of drowning. One of them has always seemed more intelligent than the other and he values intelligence. If he chooses to rescue that person then the value he places on intelligence might have been biasing his decision.
  • A person is travelling in a foreign country when he becomes engaged in an argument with people there. Along comes one of his countrymen. Although he argues with people in his own country most of the time he now finds himself agreeing with this individual. Perhaps being in the foreign country is biasing his opinions.

What is meant by biasing and explain all the baises?

It means that a voltage is established between two of the three terminals of a transistor, to achieve the desired operation. Since with three terminals you can choose three different combinations of two terminals, there are three different types of biasing. The details vary, depending on the type of transistor used. Also, the details are quite involved. The Wikipedia has some introductory articles; for example the article on "Biasing", or on "Bipolar transistor biasing" if you want to know about biasing for this specific type of transistor.
