∙ 14y agoYes but its not as easy, or fun, or tasty. You normally cant do it at your house either unless you have special kitchen equipment.
Lots of companies make 'puffed rice' and smoosh it into flat round 'cakes'. They also make puffed rice breakfast cereal and other stuff like that.
