Can rubbing alcohol in the bath water affect the internal body?

The answer to this depends on two factors. First, the ratio of rubbing alcohol to water in the bath. The second would be if the person in the bath has any open sores that can allow the alcohol to enter the bloodstream. In low amounts and with no way for the alcohol to enter the body, the bath will be fine.

If rubbing alcohol is poured on a gauze pad can bacteria grow on this?

Rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl) is highly volatile -- it evaporates very quickly -- so while it's wet it will to some extent act as a bacteriocidal and bacteriostatic agent. But it won't do so for long. I will add that, if this gauze you speak of is attached to a human or animal, and is covering an open wound, you're likely to cause them a great deal of pain, and you won't effectively and completely sterilize the field. You're a lot better off changing the dressing and treating the wound.

Is it safe to put rubbing alcohol on a small open wound?

YesBut it will hurt like hell. Rubbing alcohol will dehydrate the tissue around the wound and stretch it besides which can sometimes slow healing. If available, hydrogen peroxide makes for a better clensing agent. Edit: Betadine (Povidone Iodine) is another - less painful - alternative.

Can you use rubbing alcohol on a c section scar?

If the scar is completely healed I do not see a problem, but I don't think it will honestly help with it's appearance. As a general rule of thumb, ethanol should not be used of open sores/puncutres/cuts/scrapes and especially surgical incisions. It not only kills the bacteria, but also the regenerating cells; allowing the body to be more susceptible to infection and lengthening the healing process.
