Assalaymu alaykom brother/sister. No. Salaat can never be offered before its time unless combined with a proceeding prayer. Though! If it were dhurr time, you could pray dhurr than asr or if asr time than pray dhurr after. Same thing for Maghrib And isha prayers. But u cannot do asr time than Maghrib. Or dhurr and isha etc etc Dhurr/Asr or Maghrib/Isha sets interchangibly. Allah knows best. Assalaymu alaykom brother/sister.

During prayer our beloved prophet Muhamamd swah head was covered all the time. Weather it was headcap or not is something I don't know. Sorry for that. But if possible always cover your head during Salah. Even if you don't cover your head you Salah will be complete but try to improve on your Salah by covering your head.

they are 4 Rakats. Since Juumah is the name for the Friday congregational prayer that is prayed during the Asr praying time. You pray four Rakats quietly to yourself but move in time with the whole congregation according to the Iman (Prayer Leader) who prays out loud. It is the same for Men and Women. Whenever you go to a Mosque to pray it is advised that before you pray your regular prayers, you pray two Rakat for the mosque asking blessings for the mosque and such.
