You can as long as it is a four-wheel drive unit with a transfer case. Two wheel drives are not towable four wheels down. To tow place transfer case in neutral and transmission in 2nd gear if standard and leave it in park if automatic. Ignition key switch is put in "ACC" position. Max towing speed is 50mph and you must stop every 200 miles and run the engine to circulate oil in the transfer case. We have been towing a '99 Tracker without problems for numerous years.
