Your owner's manual and the sticker on the driver's side doorsill will provide alternative tire sizes (if any) offered from the factory.
You're talking about a substantial change moving from a 215 to a 235. You'd go from a tire that's 8.46" wide to one that's 9.25" wide. The sidewall difference is even more massive going from an overall diameter of 26.31 inches to 29.02. You might want to consider the effect the difference would have on many things ranging from speedometer error to gearing (your off the line performance would suffer a bunch). A wider tire also means more rolling resistance so could affect fuel mileage.
Also, take into account the width of your rims (unless you'd swap to something aftermarket.) The stock 215/55 will fit a rim ranging from 6-to-7.5". The 235-65 tire needs a rim between 6.5 and 8.5" wide.
Lots to consider even before you get to whether the larger tire will even fit inside the wheel well without striking bodywork when the suspension compresses.

No. The Generation I Solara doesn't have a cabin air filter. There are filters (behind the glove box door) for the Gen II Solara (2004 and later). Cheers
The 2004-2008 Toyota Solara takes 24" driver side and 19" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades.
You don't. There is no cabin air filter on the Gen I Solara. The interior air filter appeared on the 2004 (gen II) and later Solara. Cheers
