I wouldn't - that tire would be 1 + 1/2 inches taller than the stock 235/70/16 size it will throw out your speedometer - when 60 MPH is displayed you would actually be travelling at 63.1 MPH I don't know what your gearing is , but if you had 3.73 's , with changing to that tire size , it would be the same as having 3.55 's I believe the vehicle speed sensor works with everything else so the vehicle operates as designed , a change in tire height would throw everything off and I'm not sure about any clearance problems
