Yes you can. The transmission is about the same with minor changes to some of the brackets. You can replace those brackets with the brackets off the transmission from the 2001

One is the transmission computer above the brake pedal, six inch x six inch silver box, the engine computer is on the passenger side under the front floor mat . Actually right where you put your feet, pull then floor mat back from under the dash and that is it. The above person is wrong.
