Why you want to do that??? if you like to do for your funny works, you can do it.
75w 90 if you have a manual transmission.... 2.8 quarts.
Yes you can. The transmission is about the same with minor changes to some of the brackets. You can replace those brackets with the brackets off the transmission from the 2001
on the shifter push the button on the left side. If that does not work disconnect battery for a few minutes. On my kia when the hold button kept flashing and stayed on I discovered that my transmission fluid was low. Once i put the transmission fluid in the light went off.
You put it down the transmission dipstick tube.
No.
There is no computer in a 2001 KIA. I've had a 2001 KIA sense 2005 and I'll tell you there isn't any. the Kia sportage has 2 computers. One is the transmission computer above the brake pedal, six inch x six inch silver box, the engine computer is on the passenger side under the front floor mat . Actually right where you put your feet, pull then floor mat back from under the dash and that is it. The above person is wrong.
get it out from the plug under neat and add it on the same place where you check the transmission oil (where the stick is)
Yes. Google search "automatic transmission 2002 kis sportage".
in the tire!
IN THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR.
Get a small funnel and put it in through the dipstick hole.
Where do put the transmission fluid? You can get a manual through ebay. I did for my 2005 Kia Rio and it only cost me about $3.
