Sure, with some fabrication and $$$ anything is possible.
355 is a non stroked just bored 4.030 over 383 on the other hand put a 3.75 stroker crank and bored honed so i would pick 383 . 355 is bored not stroked clearence for stroker crankbest engine would say is 383
If you wanted to put a 3.75" stroker crankshaft with a with a 0.05" offset grind into a Ford engine with a 4" bore (such as a Windsor 351) you could make a 383ci Ford stroker. But as for making the traditional Chevy stroker engine, you can't turn a Ford engine into a Chevy engine.
u go to the store and buy a piston for a 383 stroker and put in the hole with a piston pusher but the regular tightning
Yes you can put a 383 stoker in an s10. me and my old running partner bilt 1 for a delevery car PS this is not cheap but werth it
That depends on what you put with it. Compression, heads, cam, method of aspiration. You could build one with 200 hp or 2000 hp.
If you really love motors like me, you could try to take a 383 Stroker (not 383 Chrysler, which is way better anyways) and cram it into the impala. You will need to make modifications though and maybe even change the transmission.
yes you can the bigest that i know off hand you can put in a 1993 to a 2001 is a 383
Depending on how much aluminum you put on it, around 500lbs.
No, not unless summit racing makes a special adapter plate to do it.
From truck to truck, yeah, they are the same.
I had a 1998 Chevy Malibu and it lasted for 228,000 miles before it died. Mike, Colorado
YES. Alot of parts will interchange.
