Above the rear differential, behind fuel tank. --- Follow the fuel line and you will probably find the fuel filter on the firewall behind the motor. Educated guess on this one, havn't seen an 87 Supra in a long time
The fuel pump on an 87 Toyota Supra is changed by removing the support straps for the gas tank, lowering the gas tank, disconnecting the fuel lines, and unhooking the wiring harness. The pump can then be detached from the tank and a new one put in place.
I usually use 5w-30 in mine and put some oil additive so it can run smoother
The stock boost of a 1987 Toyota Supra Turbo is 6.8 psi/0.46884349504 bar.
www.kbb.com look it up Im actually looking at buying an 87 supra right now. if its a mk3 supra then I wouldn't pay more than 2500 for a car.
87-92 Gen Supra

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
Sorry no, the 87 is a mk3 and the 85 an mk2 very little is the same if any.

it is above the differential, behind the gas tank. it is not easy to get to if you have big hands. i own a 87 supra 3.0L v6 turbo. If you open up the rear hatch underneath your carpet where your spare tire is you'll see a oval shaped steel plate held on by 3 Phillips screws if you remove the plate you should have access to the pump from there.
The fuel pump is inside the gas tank.
