7-series engine blocks are mechanically compatible, but make sure before you make the switch the two engines are electrically compatible.
The only safe way to transport a BMW is to put it on a flatbed truck. If you tow using a hitch you risk damage to the rear differential and/or the transmission.
Two different animals, here. As nice as it would be to put the 750 motor in the low VLX frame, there is no interchangeability between the frames or motors.
Look inside your BMW manual. Usually I put 5W-30 synthetic.
You can put a BMW 525 engine into a BMW 325. The motor mounts will need to be changed. The 525 engine motor mounts will not match the 325 engine compartment.
Standing at the front of the car, the black square oil filler cap is located on the top side of the engine, at the lower left corner of the engine cover.

The manufacturer recommends using 10W-30 weight oil in the 2002 BMW. A heavier motor oil can be used in extreme climates.
Yes, you can, but I am unsure if it has been done. People have swapped the V12 engine to 89-95 5-series. You will need the computer, harness, and probably the transmission as well. If you need more info, you can check out www.bimmerforums.com. Fed
700 to 750 rpm is normal. if the engine stalls, you may have to replace the IAC (Idle Air Control) Motor. they get stuck.
I sure wouldn't recommend it. That is a mighty expensive engine to be experimenting with. Go with an SAE approved motor oil or the manufacturer's recommended oil.
Sure, no reason to though. Vise Versa is a lot more practical. However, yes, an 88 can go into a 92. Anything before 96 can be messed around with because that's before emissions testing.
