I know the 1998 to 2002 camaro z28, ss have same ls1 engine as the corvette ls1. Only differets is horsepower. A pc program can change the horsepower to both camaro and corvette
The 350 LT1 in the 1993-97 Z28s are considered by some as a "detuned" Corvette engine, but they never matched the Corvette in actual horsepower ratings (not officially, anyway)
Yes
The 1995 Z28 camaro has a v8 engine in it. That engine is a ctually a steel version of the corvette engine. Since there are 1995 camaros with v8 engines in them, you can probably fit a v8 into your car.
Don't put a buick engine in a camaro. Instead, get a 350 LT1 (GM - corvette engine) for about 200 bucks used or 800 new. Sell the lesabre for this engine if you need to.
It is the designation for a specific engine that was originally designed and utilized on a Corvette, the engine was then used in specific other Chevy models besides the Corvette.
Yes (...but why?)
305 at the crank for camaro and trans am and 345 for the corvette
corvette the camaro ss is fast but doesnt have the acc of the corvette
no
The corvette it is lighter and sometimes has a larger motor, that is why there are corvette race cars and not camaro race cars.
