A John Deere 730 is better than a John Deere 720 becayse it is the latest version of the tractor. It offers better performance and higher quality overall.
Well I once pulled a 720 john deere with a four row plow attached and dug into the ground out of a field with one.
One of the first things I would check is if the batterys are dead. If they still hold a charge then check the wiring to the starter and if that checks out then the starter itself might be your problem. I can't tell you how to fix a starter problem but your local mechanic or John Deere shop might be able to help.

The volume required to fill a 720-litre tank is going to be (720 litres) minus (amount in the tank before you began filling it)
The GX345 is a pretty stout machine and should last 30+ years, However, if you wish to replace it you will need to get a 520 series minimum, a 720 is a bit stouter than your 345. The 520 will cost around 7k with a deck and blower, 720 around 11k. Keep in mind the 300 series are much lighter duty today than your 345 is. The weak point on the new ones are the transmission and limited attachments.
35psi my research indicates 2.7 to 3.4 psi on a 2.4 liter carburated 84 720 truck

720
1 × 720 = 720 2 × 360 = 720 3 × 240 = 720 4 × 180 = 720 5 × 144 = 720 6 × 120 = 720 8 × 90 = 720 9 × 80 = 720 10 × 72 = 720 12 × 60 = 720 15 × 48 = 720 16 × 45 = 720 18 × 40 = 720 20 × 36 = 720 24 × 30 = 720
720
