So far I have been able to put a PT cruiser head on a neon. I had to drill new holes in the Neon DOHC manifold and use an older metal composite intake manifold gasket. The plugs are different and the Neon plugs won't screw in properly. The PT cruiser head is drilled differently to provide more cooling to the plugs, I think. Everything else seems to fit just fine.
