You can put a Betta fish in a 10 gallon tank. I would suggest for you to get other fish and some plants and hiding places. I have a 2 gallon tank and i have 1 male Betta, 3 Rasboras, and 1 Cory cat fish. I wish i had a bigger tank so i could get more fish. Do some research and find more fish you can put together. It is fun and you will enjoy your fish.
Yes you can, but I would also recommend that you add other tankmates that are compatible such as at minimum 6 neon tetras, 6 rasboras, and 6 white cloud minnows, though with 60 gallons of space, you could certainly double the amount of the 3 types of tank mates.
It would have a volume of 60 gallons; beyond that it is impossible to tell. However, a STANDARD 60 gallon aquarium is about 48" x 13" x 24"
Yes, and he'd really appreciate it! :D

Dimensions are 28'' wide, 45" tall, and 60" long for a 275 gallon fuel tank.
30,000 gallon tank at 60 % means there is 40 % left in the tank ( 30,000 times .40 is equal to 12,000 ) * so there is 12,000 gallons left in the tank
I wonder if it might be 285 gallons!

Yes, it is possible if the betta lives with other bettas in a heavily planted pond, I would heat it if you live in the Northern states. Never have normal pond fish live with a betta.
