No you have to leave it for at least 3 weeks before you dye your hair. You can only use a temporary colour (that lasts one wash) until then but these they not over any gray coverage.
yesss. you can, go for it girl ! :)
yup
Yes, but you can get a funky color if you do it wrong.
yes
you need to have wet hair and then you put baking soda then you do what you want then it`ll stay permanent
no, the perm and dying your hair has partially ruined the heallythiness in it. i suggest that you put olive oil in your hair, and then wash it off afterwards, so keep your hair smooth, and reduce the hair fall.
You shouldn't do both at the same time. If you put a permanent relaxer in your hair, you should wait at least 2 weeks to put highlights in your hair. If you have highlights in your hair before you put the perm in, you should wait several weeks while you put a deep conditioner in your hair.
yes, however it has to be a darker shade. Semi permanent dye will never lighten your hair so you can use it to go darker but not lighter.

You could do that but it would make sense to perm your hair, blow dry, and then put your hair in rollers!
Really you would need to ask your hairdresser, but honestly i think you can but then your hair would be wet and loose it's perm so it's very pointless. It's best to wait at least 2 weeks after the perm before you dye your hair.
You can't use permanent dye after a relaxer and you can't relax dyed hair. Either way, your hair could break off or fall out if you do both. You can use a no ammonia demi-permanent dye on your hair after a relaxer. I would recommend PM Shines by Paul Mitchell. It has no ammonia, is relaxer safe, and has soy protein.
