"No" is only partially correct.
If the lever (the "spoon" in U.S. military lingo) has already been released, then it's true: the fuze has already ignited and putting the pin back in will do nothing. The pin itself only serves to prevent the lever mechanism from releasing and igniting the fuze. As long as this hasn't happened, the pin can be put back in.
If you own a grenade and you pull the pin out it is not common practice to put the pin back in it. It is apparent that you it has been more than 10 minutes, hope you are ok.
Yes. Pulling the pin just allows the handle to snap out and ignite the grenade, which usually has a short delay due to time for the fuse(typically 4 seconds) to burn to the explosive in the center. They type of explosive is dependent on what kind of grenade is it.
Pull out the pin and throw it right back at her
Pull the pin and throw it back
Hand grenade with the pin pulled !
Pull the pin out and throw it back. they are so0 stupid hoes
You hold a grenade or any other explosive devise in your left hand, since you're holding the sandwich in your left hand you quickly put it in your mouth, BUT DON'T SWALLOW IT! Pull the grenade pin or set the explosive device if not a grenade. Now drop the grenade right beside your foot, - doesn't matter which - put the sandwich back into your right hand, and just wait for the kaboom! ~Random Smarticle 6th Grade Dude~
A cooked grenade is one that is held on to for a little while after the pin is pulled.
If the pin is missing they will get hurt.
ITS REALLY SIMPLE pull the pin
Usually the core of the grenade and the firing pin are reusable. you put a CO2 canister inside and when the pin drops it punches a hole in the CO2 canister. the gas quickly leaks from the metal cylinder and into the space outside. the metal cylinder is inside of a plastic "grenade" shell which looks like a grenade. when the gas enters the shell it expands until it explodes making a very loud sound, but not throwing any shrapnel.
Or the grenade will go off in your face
