The clip is a loading device to facilitate faster reloading of the magazine. It doesn't actually go into the firearm. The magazine, on the other hand, does. I've never known Hi Point to manufacture a Tec 9 clone, although their 995 rifle shares some similarities. The Hi Point 995, however, uses a proprietary angled magazine, and is not compatible with the straight magazine of the Tec 9/DC9/AB10.
There is no point

The Kel-Tec belt clip (assuming you're referring to that, and not the magazine) can be found for $11.15 at the store on their official website. I cannot post URLs in here, but doing a web search for "Kel Tec" with any search engine should lead you directly to the website. There are several menu options which go across the top of the website, one of which is "Store".
Tec 4 is higher.
