The Pontiac Solstice was made in 2004, but was put in dealerships in 2005.
put it on a trailer and hook up the trailer to a car with a hitch, and pull wherever you want to.
"5th wheel"
Yes allot of vehicles use a standard transmission to tow.
No. There is no were to put a spare tire. They come with a tire sealant & inflation kit.
Yes, you can go to the dealer, or save money and stop by a uhaul dealer or truck/trailer accessory store.
The answer is yes. I have one on mine. There is more than one way to do it also. Buy a universal Hitch, Buy any hitch that is the right length and weld it on, or do what i did, drill two holes and put on a heavy duty one.
Yes a trailer hitch can be put on any car. You can go to any car parts store or even a Walmart or Target to compare different types and brands for a specific car.
This will depend on the car and the hitch kit. The Hitch I put on my Fiero to pull the rase tire trailer to events was a bolt on in two hours affair. The one for my KIA is going to be a pain, the rear bumper cover is removed, the bolts to hold the metal bumper to the car are removed, the tail pipe removed. The hitch is bolted up and holes drilled for extra bolts, all the bolts are loosened off and the hitch allowed to hang, the bumper cover re-installed, the hitch bolts tightened and the new tail pipe hanger installed. Book says 3.5 hours, at home in the garage all day.
he cannot take the truck while the trailer is attached. But he can unhook it then take the truck. Just put locks on the chains and the hitch. He could still cut the locks off...but ???
Yes. However, the trailer should not exceed the rated towing weight of the vehicle. There are several models of pop-up trailers that are towable for a Jeep Wrangler, CJ-7, etc. The vehicle towing weight should be in the owner's manual--or you can call a Jeep dealer and ask them. Also, the tongue weight of the trailer should not exceed what your hitch is rated for (the tongue weight is how much the hitch of the trailer weighs when you pick it up). Generally, if you can pick up the tongue of the trailer to put it on the ball of the hitch by hand, you don't have to worry about exceeding the tongue rating (unless you can dead-lift more than a couple hundred pounds).
you un do every thing and just put the loop on and that a non-hitch, and how does the hitch look you un do every thing and just put the loop on and that a non-hitch, and how does the hitch look
