Without knowing the exact website builder in question, I would say that you could add a Flash based game to most any builder that allows you to work directly with the html code. You can embed the code and the game should show up on the page and work just fine. This method would work for any code that can be embedded. I do not believe there are any website builders that have games as a built in option.
