YES, you can. The older guinea pig will take control and become the leader, and the younger one will most likely follow. The only thing is it is natural for the older one to be a bit rough to the younger one at first, just to show who is boss, but if she gets too rough it is best to separate them.

Keep their cages close together and once a week, hold them both in your lap (together) and pet them with the same perfume. If you do this, they will see that they have something in common. After about a month, put them together. if they look like they are in a dangerous situation, separate them again and do the same thing for another month.
