no it probably will not... i dont really understand the question though. there is no such thing as a non vtec h22.. if its in a prelude the non vtec motor would probably be the 2.0 liter or the h23 dohc, and in this case the h22 valve cover will not fit.
yes because you can swap a h23 transmission onto an h22 engine
it is on the back of the engine block below the oil filter on the base model prelude. type sh model isn't as easy to find

it's basically like a H22 swap. You use H22 mounts, adapt civic wire harness to the f22, f22 half shaft, 90-93 intgra axles or you could use h22 half shaft and axles but you have to use one or the other.
The standard engine for the 1992 Honda Prelude is the H22. The H16 will also fit. However, it was used in many of the older models.
