Yes, but you would need to cut out the floor tunnel because the transmission would be much bigger. You would need to modify the motor mounts. You would need to get a new wire harness. There are several mods to make. Absolutely not you would rip the transmission completely out you need to change both and you couldn't put a he mi in the motor mounts are completely different as well
