yes. But wash your hands first.
Unless the dwarf hamster was in the same litter, I would advise against it. If they are not in the same litter, and you'd like to see if they get along, first put them in a neutral cage. Otherwise the hamster may feel that another male is trying to take over its territory.
No, not unless if they are from the same litter. But; from my experience - I had two from the same litter and they fought all the time. That's when I went out and bought another cage for the other one. I advise you to do the same as well once they get a bit older and more aggressive.. or asap!

Yes, they can be, but it is extremely difficult to do so- even if you bought a "Hamster Potty!" I have not managed to litter train my hamster, but i do know that it is possible but unlikely.
yes they would fight all hamsters fight once they reach sexual maturity even if there from the same litter but they will fight straight away if from different litters

Yes, the female hamster can produce more than one litter a year. She can usually have as many litters as the owner wantsher to have!

Remove the male hamster from the cage and put it in another one. Just make sure you give enough nutrients to the female hamster.
They are both types of Syrian hamster, however Syrian are solitary and will fight if another hamster is in their territory. They can get seriously injured so don't have them together.
