put a hose in the gas tank, then suck on it like a straw and gas will start flowing. DO NOT drink any gas!
You put it in bleach
No. It is not a good idea to do this as while there may not be fish in the ponds, other animals may used them (e.g. birds may drink form them) and the bleach will harm these. Try to restrict the amount of bleach (and other chemical you use) if you are concerned about the environment.
If you mean for drinking water then, NO WAY! you can't drink bleach. You can use old water for almost everything. There is no real need to put bleach in water.
according to the mythbusters on the discovery channel, not right away. HOWEVER it really can mess up your gas tank by corroding it. Bleach can be corrosive, like if you put it directly on clothes in too high concentration it will eat right thru cloth. Does this sound like something you should put in a motor?
Don't put bleach anywhere near your vagina.
you can put bleach on them before you put them in the washer. just let them soak in the bleach
