Yes you could but they might not always get on. I have got a cockatiel. I did have another one but she died. :( Anyways , when I put my new cockatiel, Polo, in the cage the other cockatiel Biddy just hissed a bit and went to the other end of the cage. The sometimes used to fight but not dangerous fighting. Just bickering at each other. If they do start fighting and it could lead to... well, you know what I mean, you should move one out of the cage for a bit and maybe put them in another cage. Put the cages next to each other so they slowly get used to each other. That's what I did. Now Polo is lonely because Biddy died :( . anyways, hope that helped! xxx
Place both of them on a perch and leave them be, if they get close to each other with out hissing or biting they get along but if they do hiss and try to bite or fly away not good, that will take some time for the older one to get used to. If they get along put them in the same cage, make sure it's big enough for both of them.
Hope it helps.
Well, if you spay her no!
The spaces between the bars are probably too wide for a cockatiel. It would be able to get through them.
Cockatiel's are very difficult to age. You can only be accurate about their age if you've had the bird from a baby. The only way a cockatiel can be aged is as a juvenile, adult or senior.
I don't see how you could, but if you mean by the neck, that is a very bad idea!
it depends how old the bird is if the bird is young it probably won't know how to make a nest. if the bird is older it will probably make a nest.
It's not recommended to have a cockatiel in your house with a child who's age is less than 5. Maybe you should wait a few more years.
The cockatiel is a type of Australian parrot.
The purpose of having a cockatiel cage is because they need plenty of room to move around and so you can put objects in the cage so they can climb. The birds love to have plenty of things to do in their cages.
if a cockatiel is 18 in human years, how old is it in bird years?
hand raise means you have it from a baby and raise it your self so you can't hand raise a old bird
Cockatiel females are fertilized internally.
should be able to since they are both hook beacks
