The way to include links to web-sites - is to use the 'Add related link' option in the blue panel. Type you're answer, and save it - then - click on the 'Add related links' option. This takes you to a new screen - Type or paste your link and a title into the spaces provided and click on 'Add Link'. You can add more than one URL if you want to. Once you're done - click back to the question page, and you'll see your related links below the question.
