Well, After my wife decide to put Mop and Glo on our new laminate floors we found ourselves in a similar position that you are probably in. I have found that white vinegar and water does the trick just nicely. If you have the residue in the joints as well a quick wipe with the vinegar water and a toothbrush takes the cake!! There are special products to remove no wax wax and you can find them at a flooring store. It is a long and miserable process. You put down the remover and let it soak into the Mop and Glow, then start scraping. I did it to a kitchen floor and was on my knees for almost a week total, with a tooth brush trying to get it all off. If you don't get every bit off, the next time a drop of water hits that floor you will have a white spot again.
