Name it the video's name because this is what will appear in the menu on your Fuze. Open Sansa Media Converter (available on sansa.com) and add the video by simply dragging it from its current positon (it's current position, after finished downloading, should be either in your desktop or "Your Computer" the "Your Computer" Icon should be in your start menu).
