You need to first add Rhapsody to your desktop, it's the easiest to use.(www.Rhapsody.com) After that when your on Rhapsody you can insert a CD to your monitor. It will appear in Rhapsody. You can scroll through the CD songs and un-check ones you don't want. Then click import (Top Right) and they will go to your library or directly to your Sansa depending on what you choose to do.

To put movies on your Sansa e200 you will need a USB cord. You attach one end to your Sansa and the other end to your computer via the USB port. Then you would go to My Computer and click on Sansa to open it up. Go to the file where your movies are and right click it to copy.
