For one, your fuel mileage is bound to be reduced, since that truck will be geared for the recommended wheel/tyre size, and you'll be turning higher RPMs to reach the same speeds. Additionally, you'll need to recalibrate your speedometer to account for the smaller tyre size. And the big problem - especially if you're pulling a van or curtainside trailer with normal sized tyres - is that it's going to increase the height at the rear of the trailer.
