It's not exactly that simple. I am assuming you are wanting to replace a set of drum brakes with a set of discs. There are a multitude of swap kits out there. From complete aftermarket to using parts for A body cars and so on. Probably the easiest and cheapest way is to use parts from an X-body car. This includes:
- 1968-1974 Nova
- 1973-1974 Omega
- 1971-1974 Ventura II
- 1973-1974 Apollo
- And of course the F-body cars from 67-69
If I remember correctly, the 70 and up F-body swap is 69 F-body spindles, 68 and equivalent A-body rotors, and 70-81 F-body calipers and pads. But I've heard the backing plates have to be modified to fit.
