Why indeed? You can add tomatos to a quiche, but you can put more or less anything into it.A very classic version is the Quiche Lorraine ([en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quiche#Quiche_lorraine, Quiche Lorraine]), where no tomato is needed. If however you want to use tomato, keep the following in mind:cooked tomato (especially with seeds) gets wateryit looses a little of its taste, so you want to add a little extra salt, which however in the cooking process makes it even more waterythe egg&cream (or egg&milk) based filling needs salt as well for tasteMy suggeston is:use either very meaty tomatos or cherry tomatos (these you can keep whole)remove skin and seeds (slit the skin, put them into hot water for about 10 secs, quickly under cold water and you can easily peel off the skin)don't use extra salt for the tomatos in the egg custard but instead place the tomatos on top of the quiche and sprinkle a little fleur de sel on them

Quiche is not a snack, but a main dish. It is generally a pretty good meal because you can put anything in it you want and has a basis of eggs, cream, and cheese in a pie shell.
I would first crumble up a sheet of foil. Uncrumble the foil (not completely) and lay that in a frying pan. Then I would lay the quiche on the foil. Purpose of foil is to keep the bottom of quiche from burning. Cover pan loosely with lid or foil and put heat on low. Check after a while to make sure quiche is heated throughout. Many restaurants use a microwave and that simply ruins the quiche. I have not tried this method on quiche but it works great (without foil) when reheating pizza. I just had quiche in a restaurant who served microwave reheated quiche. It was terrible. The eggs were slimy and the crust was mushy. Yuck.
Although many Jews enjoy a good quiche and it is possible to make a kosher quiche, quiche are French in origin.

put it in your mouth
A large tomato plant can hang upside-down from a planter if the root ball fits through the hole in the bottom of the planter. im sure you can, but im not sure how good it will do if you put a tomato in an upside down planter. your best bet is to put a tomato plant in the planter, not a tomato Ya, but you will squish it.
You can eat quiche whenever you want
