The windshield washer pump on a Chrysler Sebring convertible is replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness and unbolting the pump. It can then be lifted from its mounting bracket and a new pump put into place.
Open the cap on the reservoir and pour it in.

It is in the bottom of the plastic tank that you put the washer fluid in. Remove tank and look at the bottom of it and you will see how it comes out.
Follow the hose from your wipers to the bottom of the washer fluid tank. It is at the bottom of the tank, if you can figure out which wire that it operates from you can just install a universal pump and put it inline
it's pumped from your washer fluid jug under the hood , if you aren't getting fluid to the back , check to see that it isn't plugged at the wiper , or the pump may not be working.
It's attached to the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Typically they put the bottle behind one of the fender splash shields
Why would someone buy a car if they had to get out and prime the windshield washer fluid pump just to clean their windshield. Sounds like someone is feeding you some bull just so you will leave them alone about the problem. Check your hoses from your pump to your resevoir, pump may be cracked or not working properly. If you are a shade tree mechanic then you can get a new pump for 30 or 40 bucks or get one from a junk yard cheaper and put it on yourself. It isn't a hard job.
The rear washer pump is on the windshield washer bottle, right beside the front washer pump. Take the bottle out of the car and simply remove the old and put in the new.--Ken

You need to have the brake fluid changed immediately. Washer fluid will damage all of the seals in the brake system
